Each Geek Squad teacher has a web site where both students and parents can go to learn about what is going on in class.  Technology has enabled teachers to reach more students and parents in a manner that is not only efficient, but that also allows them to download assignments, class notes, and weekly schedules - and at a time convenient for them! In addition, students can find links that will lead them to Internet sites where they can learn more about class topics/curriculum.

You may access Geek Squad teacher sites through the Links tab of this web site or through the BTMS site / Staff Contacts. It's a good idea to bookmark each site on your first visit.  Even better, create a folder on your desktop to store the shortcuts for easy access.  It's a good idea to access each web site on a weekly basis.

Making good use of this web page will be very helpful in keeping up with assignments.   Please check the following tabs for important imformation:

Documents --  Weekly Schedule / posted Friday nights or Saturday afternoons.  Students and parents can check here to see what's going on in class and note important dates.  Students will still be provided time first period on Monday to write the week's schedule into their planners.

Documents - Copies of class notes will be posted here.  Students should be taking notes into their SS Sprials during class, but can always check here to make sure they "got" everything.  Those who are absent can also catch up using these notes, and parents can check what their students should know/have.

Note:  Class Powerpoints can also be found on the Documents Tab!

Documents - Copies of class handouts can be found here.  If someone "misplaces" his or her paper, s/he can print another one from this page.  Absent?  You can get the paper here and not have to wait until you return to catch up.

Documents:  Copies of DOL Test / Key to test - Just one more place to check!

Events - School events and important class dates.

Links - Where to find help for both SS and English.

Practice Quizzes - Test your knowledge on class material

Contact me - let me know if you have any questions, comments, or suggestions.

Discussion - talk with classmates about things going on in class or help them discover great books you've read
