Block Class Bulb Project
Thanks to a PEF grant, the block classes will be researching bulb
cultivation, planting red and yellow tulips and daffodils around
the school, and writing about their project.
As of Thursday 11/12 all 450 bulbs have been
planted!
Social Studies - All Periods
Students have all received their user names and password to access
the Holt text online. We had a demonstration in class as to
how to get "into" the book itself and some of the features
available.
2009 - 2010 -
School Supplies
In addition to items on the published list of general school
supplies, students need to have TWO spiral or composition
notebooks: one for Social Studies and another for English.
It would also be helpful to have 2-3 highlighters of different
colors and a pad or two of small sticky notes.
Please check
student supplies frequently (weekly) to make sure they have
sufficient paper, pencils, and
pens.
