Holt United States
History: this is an on-line version of one of our U.S.
History texts. Because I only have one class set of this book for
my two classes to share, this is a great way to do work and
reading at home. You will need a user name and a
password, which you can get from me, to access the
book
Microsoft
On-Line Atlas: this site is a nifty internet atlas with a
searchable database.

2009-2010 Student Supplies
required for all BTMS students (please bring these supplies to all
of your classes every day!):
- BTMS student planner ($5.00 - may be purchased at student
orientation on Tuesday, August 26th)
- Accelerated Reader book (your English teacher will talk about
this in the first few weeks of school)
- 3" 3-Ring Binder
- 6 spiral notebooks - thin type (please provide as needed
throughout the year)
- Composition Notebook (1)
- Zipper Pouch
- Notebook Paper
- Pencils
- Eraser
- Pens (Blue or Black)
- Ultra- Fine Tip Black Marking Pen
- USB Thumb Drive
- Dividers
- Calculator
- Colored Pencils

- Kleenex (1 box - leave in 1st period class)

Though not required, it would also be helpful to have a Student
Notebook Dictionary and a Student Notebook Thesarus to clip into
your binder for English and social studies. These are thin
and specifically designed to fit into binders, and are available at
most book stores and office supply stores.
