How Can I Help?
|
|
Volunteers needed:
- Ten minute tasks - Even a
mere 10 minutes of your time is enough to make a real difference
here – find a job you enjoy; such as putting away books,
facing shelves, keeping the children’s area tidy, applying
spine labels, covering books, creating
displays.
- Cover the checkout desk to
give us time to accomplish tasks in the back room. We will provide
training for library volunteers.
- Keep your eyes open around
school for stray books with barcodes on them and return them to the
desk or the book drop outside the library
entrance.
|
Library Rules:
|
- No food or drinks
(bottled water only).
- Please clear your
table of belongings when you are not in the
library.

Aren’t Libraries
Supposed to be Quiet?

the learning process.
- If you feel students or parents are making a
disturbance or talking to loudly please let us
know.
- If your student needs absolute quiet please
use the quiet study room in the other building or work in one of
the small library rooms when they are
available.
|
When can i start using
library resources?
|
- If you are new, it takes around two weeks to
process into the library system. Please be patient. If after two
weeks you still are not in the library system, then please notify
us.
