Mission Statement
The mission of Meadowdale's Library Media Center is to provide a welcoming, resource-rich environment where students, staff, and the community can become effective users of ideas and information and where literature and technology together promote lifelong learning.

Staff
Maria Mondo, Library Media Specialist
Maria taught 7th Grade English at Meadowdale for seven years. (1999 - 2006)  She graduated from the University of Washington's Library Media Specialist Certificate Program in the summer of 2006 and was hired as our new librarian. We are excited to have her on board.  Currently, her favorite author is Rick Riordan.  

Myrna Knowlden, Library Assistant
Myrna's worked at MMS for 21 years!! She loves working with middle school students.  Her favorite authors include: James Patterson and Dean Koontz.  

Hours  
7:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.  (Open for Study Club on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays) 
Classes start at:  8:00 a.m.
Classes end at:  2:30 p.m.

Rules/Procedures
1.  No gum, food, or beverages allowed.
2.  Come with a pass during the class day.
3.  Sign in and out.
4.  Books are due in 3 weeks from checkout.
5.  Checkouts are unlimited unless you have more than 2 overdues.
